Product Overview: Jenis is a professional Polaroid collage AI image generation tool tailored for young creators, scrapbook enthusiasts and photography lovers. Users can upload original photos, customize metadata parameters and apply exclusive AI stylization to generate high-grade Polaroid collage artwork with 8 distinctive visual styles, helping users create mood boards, memory collages and social sharing materials effortlessly.
Age Eligibility Regulation
This AI collage creation service is exclusively available to users aged 18 and older. Minors under the age of eighteen are prohibited from accessing, registering accounts, uploading images and using all AI generation functions of this application. The operator does not provide services for underage groups. Any unauthorized use by minors shall result in immediate account suspension, and all related legal liabilities shall be borne by the user’s related guardian or the user personally.

All uploaded original photos, customized metadata and AI-generated Polaroid collage works will never be sold, leased, shared, transmitted or disclosed to any third-party enterprises, organizations or individuals. 2. General Agreement Statement
This Privacy Policy clarifies the data processing rules, protection measures and user rights between Jenis operator (hereinafter referred to as “Us”) and registered users (hereinafter referred to as “You”). This policy is legally binding on both parties. Installing the application, uploading images and using AI collage generation functions mean that you have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all clauses of this policy. If you disagree with any commitment or clause, you shall stop using our services immediately.
3. Collected Data Category
We always implement the minimal necessary collection principle, and only collect data indispensable to complete Polaroid collage creation tasks. The data we process is divided into two categories, and no sensitive biometric and private identity information will be collected additionally:
3.1 User Creation Content: Original photos uploaded by users, self-edited picture metadata, style parameter settings, and final Polaroid collage works generated by AI. All creation content belongs to the exclusive property of the user.
3.2 Anonymous Operation Logs: Anonymized and desensitized data such as device model, application running status and function crash logs. Such data cannot be used to locate individual users and is only used for product fault detection.
4. Data Usage Specifications

5. Data Storage & Deletion Rules
Original images and AI collage works are stored in the user’s local device by default, and users have absolute control over local files. The temporary cloud cache function is only used to assist real-time AI computing tasks. After the task ends, the system will automatically erase all cached data within 24 hours. Users can manually delete uploaded images and generated works at any time. Anonymous operation logs are cleared automatically every 20 days to reduce data storage risks.
6. User Independent Rights
Users enjoy complete data management rights for all creation content: view, edit and delete uploaded photos and metadata freely; download and export AI-generated Polaroid collages to local storage; refuse temporary cloud cache services; revoke data processing authorization at any time and terminate the use of all functions. We will not set any functional restrictions or charge fees for users to exercise the above rights.
7. Policy Revision & Dispute Resolution
We reserve the right to revise this policy according to legal updates and product function iterations. The updated content will be displayed on the privacy page inside the application with the latest update date marked. Continued use of the service after revision indicates acceptance of updated clauses. All disputes shall be settled through email negotiation first; if negotiation fails, both parties shall submit the dispute to the jurisdiction where the operator is located.
