Binding Confirmation: These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding contractual agreement between the Jenis operation team (hereinafter “Operator”, “we”, “us”) and registered end users (hereinafter “you”, “user”). Accessing, downloading, registering an account, and utilizing any core or auxiliary functions inside Jenis PolarArt application conclusively signifies that you have read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted every clause contained within these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing and using this application permanently.

Chapter 1 Product Overview & Access Eligibility

1.1 Product Introduction

Jenis PolarArt is a professional Polaroid collage & AI image-generation tool tailored for young creators, travel enthusiasts, journal lovers, couples and social media sharing users. The core function of the application is to enable users to upload original images, customize descriptive metadata, and convert ordinary photos into high-quality Polaroid-style collage works via built-in localized AI algorithms. The application provides 8 exclusive visual styles to help users create mood boards, memory dumps, travel collages and commemorative artworks for hand accounts and social posting. All creation processes and image files are processed and saved locally on users’ mobile devices exclusively.

1.2 Age Access Restriction

This application and all affiliated functions, AI generation services and collage creation tools are restricted exclusively to adult users aged 18 years or older who hold complete civil capacity under applicable local laws. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly forbidden to register accounts and use any services provided by Jenis PolarArt. The Operator shall not bear any legal liabilities arising from unauthorized access and improper usage by underage groups.

1.3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, login passwords and authorized access devices. All collage creation, metadata editing and content deletion behaviors performed under your registered account shall be deemed as personal behaviors executed by yourself. You shall independently assume all risks and corresponding legal liabilities caused by password leakage, unauthorized login and manual operational errors.

Chapter 2 Authorized Service Scope

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms and local legal regulations, the Operator grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial personal license to access and utilize the following integrated creation services:

• Upload local original images of any type for personalized Polaroid collage and AI style conversion;

• Customize and edit image metadata, including notes, shooting time, tags and descriptive texts for your collage works;

• Switch freely among 8 built-in exclusive visual styles to generate diversified Polaroid collage artworks;

• Preview, export, save and delete AI-generated Polaroid collages within your local device storage;

• Use basic auxiliary creative tools and experience updated styles and functions released by the Operator in subsequent versions.

The Operator reserves the right to perform routine system maintenance, performance optimization and version iteration. Temporary function suspension caused by necessary technical maintenance will be notified to users via in-app announcements whenever practicable.

Chapter 3 Privacy Protection & Data Governance (Core Commitments)

This chapter constitutes the core privacy policy and binding legal commitment of Jenis PolarArt. We formulate data processing specifications in strict accordance with global mainstream data protection regulations. We clearly define data storage, temporary cache rules and data destruction mechanisms for users’ creative files, and firmly adhere to four core service commitments to fully protect user personal privacy and creative data security:

3.1 Zero Facial Data Collection

Jenis PolarArt never collects, analyzes, stores or processes any facial features, portrait biometrics and other sensitive biological data of users. All AI style conversion and Polaroid collage generation tasks only focus on adjusting picture color, layout and filter effects. The application will never perform facial recognition, feature extraction, identity marking or any other portrait-related behaviors on uploaded images under any circumstances.

3.2 Zero Third-Party Data Transmission & Sharing

We never sell, rent, share or actively transmit user private data to any external enterprises, organizations and third-party service providers. All uploaded original photos, edited metadata, cached data and finished collage works will not be authorized to any third party for commercial or non-commercial use in any implicit or explicit form. The operator independently controls all cache data generated during AI operation without any external data delivery behavior.

3.3 High-Strength Localized Privacy Protection

Users retain absolute ownership and control over all original uploaded images and final AI collage finished products, which are permanently stored locally on the user’s mobile device by default. To support real-time AI style conversion and collage rendering, our service will generate temporary cloud cache during task execution. All temporary cache data will be automatically erased by the system within 24 hours after the AI creation task is completed. Users can manually delete uploaded source images and generated works at any time. In addition, anonymous running logs generated during application usage will be automatically cleared in batches every 20 days to minimize data exposure risks and realize full-cycle privacy protection for user creative content.

3.4 Full Global Compliance Assurance

The overall data processing logic, temporary cache mechanism and data destruction rules of Jenis PolarArt fully comply with global mainstream privacy laws and regional digital supervision policies, including personal data protection regulations and network security standards worldwide. We always abide by the data minimization principle, only generate necessary temporary cache for AI computing, and never collect redundant user data. We will dynamically optimize data rules according to regulatory updates to ensure long-term and stable compliance of all services across regions.

Chapter 4 Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

4.1 User Creation Ownership

All original uploaded images, manually edited metadata and final AI-powered Polaroid collage works created by you via Jenis PolarArt are exclusively owned by the user. The Operator does not claim any ownership, copyright, usage right and derivative data right over your private creative content.

4.2 Restricted Platform Authorization

You grant the Operator a revocable, non-commercial authorization limited to internal technical debugging and algorithm optimization. This authorization is only applied to the localized AI style conversion system, and does not include the right to use, copy or disseminate user’s private collage works for commercial purposes.

4.3 Platform Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the application, including AI underlying algorithms, exclusive visual styles, UI interface design, brand trademarks and program code, belong to the Operator. Users are forbidden to crack, disassemble, plagiarize, resell and develop derivative products based on this application without written official authorization.

Chapter 5 User Behavioral Specifications & Penalties

While using Jenis PolarArt, you shall abide by local laws, international conventions and the provisions of these Terms. Users are prohibited from utilizing our AI collage function to create, upload and spread the following prohibited content:

• Pornographic, violent, discriminatory, extremist, insulting and illegal content that violates public order and good morals;

• Works that infringe third-party copyright, portrait right, privacy right and other legitimate legal interests;

• False misleading information, illegal propaganda and sensitive controversial content;

• Malicious use of AI functions to generate harmful content and attack the application system to interfere with normal operation;

• Other prohibited content stipulated by local regulatory authorities.

The Operator has the right to take corresponding disposal measures such as content restriction and account ban according to the violation severity, and reserves the right to pursue legal liabilities against violating users.

Chapter 6 Disclaimer & Legal Governance

6.1 Service Disclaimer

Jenis PolarArt provides all creative services on an “as-is” basis. The Operator does not make explicit or implicit warranties for device compatibility, AI generation effect and uninterrupted service availability. We shall not be liable for data loss caused by user’s accidental deletion, device failure and improper manual operation.

6.2 Governing Rules

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the applicable laws of the user’s local jurisdiction. All disputes arising from service usage shall be interpreted and resolved in accordance with the legal regulations of the region where the user resides.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

Both parties shall resolve disputes through friendly negotiation preferentially. If the negotiation cannot reach a consensus, either party may initiate legal proceedings to the competent judicial institution within the user’s residential jurisdiction.

6.4 Terms Revision

The Operator reserves the right to revise these Terms to adapt to product iteration and global regulatory updates. Revised clauses will be released inside the application and take effect immediately. Your continued use of services represents your acceptance of updated terms.

Chapter 7 Supplementary Clauses

7.1 If any independent clause of these Terms is deemed invalid due to legal conflicts, the invalid part shall be separated independently, and the remaining clauses shall remain fully legally binding.

7.2 All unclaimed rights not explicitly specified in these Terms are reserved by the Jenis PolarArt operation team.
